5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
• If you receive a damaged product, you may apply for a refund. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 days of the returned product reaching us. Please note: It is mandatory to record a clear video while unboxing the parcel at the time of delivery. Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
