1. Returns & Replacements
- You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Some items (like personal care, hygiene, or custom products) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for details.
2. How to Request a Return
- Login to your account and go to "My Orders".
- Select the order and click on "Request Return" or contact our support team with your order details.
- Our team will verify your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, refund will be made to your bank account or wallet after confirmation.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider.

5. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after delivery.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
